Expiration: We reserve the right to enforce expiration policies on unused credits with prior notice.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Generate, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
Engage in any activity that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of our services.
Abuse our API routing or infrastructure in a manner that disrupts the service for other users (e.g., scraping, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized bulk account creation).
Inputs and Outputs
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, or prompts you submit to our services ("Input").
AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the AI services based on your Input ("Output").
Platform Rights: All branding, UI layout, software, and proprietary routing algorithms remain the exclusive property of our platform.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
OUR AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE AI.
Artificial Intelligence models can occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or objectionable responses. You understand and agree that any use of or reliance on AI-generated Output is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
